New management, proven collaboration: Gore Footwear University at the ISC
Gore Footwear University took place at ISC for the 13th time. Under new management, the team imparted practical knowledge about shoe manufacturing – with great success and enthusiastic participants.
Independence of the PFI certification body reconfirmed
On 22 October 2025, the committee responsible for ensuring impartiality reviewed the work of the PFI certification body. The result: unanimous confirmation of independence, transparency and integrity in all certification processes.

The updated PFI eco-label 2025 helps companies credibly demonstrate sustainability – adapted to new EU requirements, with a clear structure and optional PEF module for even greater transparency.
