We are pleased to announce that the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the Certification Body have been filled. After the departure of Dr. Monika Richter, the deputy head, at the end of September and the departure of the head of the certification body, Ms. Johanna Rummel, at the end of October, two competent successors were quickly found.
Dr. Michael Leist succeeds Dr. Monika Richter as Deputy Head of the Certification Body. Dr. Leist brings with him extensive expertise in the fields of quality management and quality assurance and has profound knowledge of the healthcare sector. In the future, he will play a key role in administrative tasks through close cooperation with the certification body management and will carry out certifications in the three areas of prequalification, personal protective equipment (PPE) and management systems.
We are convinced that Dr. Leist will enrich our certification body team with his experience and expertise and we wish him a successful start in this responsible position.
Not only the deputy management will be subject to personnel changes, though. As from November 1st, 2023, Dr. Gunder Dörr will take over the management of our certification body. Dr. Dörr has already been a valued employee in the certification body since May 2022 and has already contributed significantly to its further development through his commitment and expertise. Under his leadership, we are confident that the upcoming certification procedures will be successfully implemented. Together with his new deputy, Dr. Dörr has interesting visions for our certification body that we can look forward to.
We wish Dr. Gunder Dörr and Dr. Michael Leist, much success and joy in their new positions!
