Courses on Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
More and more companies are confronted with the topic of ISMS. The goal of an ISMS is to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information at all times. On request we offer information events in which the general principles of the ISO/IEC 27001/27006 series of standards are presented. Several-day courses, for example in preparation for work as internal auditor or information-security officer in the ISMS, can be held on request.
The courses cover such topics as application areas of ISMS, advantages and disadvantages of an ISMS, contents of standards, and expiry of a certification. The topics of risk analysis, SoA, controls, PDCA, internal audits, and business continuity can also be addressed.
Our courses are suitable for interested managers (responsible for the ISMS) as well as IT-literate employees (charged by management with maintenance of the ISMS).
Courses on Medical Devices and Prequalification
We offer our clients and interested parties information about the basics of ISO 13485 and relevant updates as compared to previous versions of ISO 13485. We gladly keep our clients informed about matters of direct concern to them which arise from the latest German legislation regarding the provision of therapeutic products and medical aids. This requires future accreditation of prequalification bodies by the German national accreditation body (DAkkS). Here, too, PFI enjoys accredited status as well as authorisation by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds (GKV-Spitzenverband) for all areas of supply.
