Complaints and Objections

 

Complaints against the certification body and appeals against its decisions in matters concerning the certification of management systems and products can be brought by clients or by third parties. They are always documented.

The handling of complaints, appeals and disputes concerning the implementation of the certification procedure shall follow the procedure laid down in chapter 9.7 Complaints and appeals.
