We gladly supported the Rotary Club Pirmasens in the design of the day. In the morning, the visit to the ISC and PFI was on the program. The 18-25-year-old guests from all over the world were able to find out more about the teaching and research center for the shoe and leather industry as well as the testing and research institute. After a lunch break at the Hotel-Restaurant Kunz, the group spent the afternoon at Dynamikum Science Center Pirmasens.
Iceland, Portugal, Turkey or Denmark are just a few examples of the countries of origin of the diverse group. At dinner, there could be other interesting conversations before they made their way to their next accommodation.
At the ISC, the youngsters were able to prove their craftsmanship and develop their own ISC key fob. You got to know the individual production steps for the production of Schuen. You were also able to actively explore the subarea of Research & Development.
