Projektbeschreibung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Arbeits- und Sicherheitsschuhe m\u00fcssen zahlreichen gesetzlichen Anforderungen gen\u00fcgen, wodurch der Kompromiss zwischen maximalem Schutz und gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6glicher Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr den Konstrukteur sehr herausfordernd wird und nur in zahlreichen Trial-und-Error Versuchen ann\u00e4hernd umsetzbar ist. Dies f\u00fchrt allerdings zu einer \u00dcberdimensionierung sowie zu langen Entwicklungszeiten f\u00fcr neue Schuhmodelle bei den KMU. Dazu werden am ITM FEM-Simulationsmodelle der einzelnen Schuhkomponenten mit verschiedenen Materialkombinationen erstellt. Zudem wird ein allgemeing\u00fcltiges und parametrisiertes Schuhmodell erstellt. Ausgangspunkt sind die Entw\u00fcrfe aus bei den KMU vorhandenen Schuh-CAD-Systemen. Die FEM-Modelle werden im Vergleich zu experimentellen Tests validiert, wobei die folgenden Pr\u00fcfungen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden: Fallhammerpr\u00fcfung, \u00dcberrollpr\u00fcfung, Flexibilit\u00e4tstest eines Schuhs (Torsions- und Biegebelastung). Dazu werden am PFI diese leistungsf\u00e4higen Pr\u00fcfmethoden weiterentwickelt. Mit den validierten Modellen werden schlie\u00dflich Parameterstudien durchgef\u00fchrt. Parallel zur Modellentwicklung wird eine am PFI vorhandene Datenbank mit h\u00e4ufig in Schuhen eingesetzten Materialien erweitert und den KMU bereitgestellt. Es werden Verfahrensanweisungen f\u00fcr die KMU auf Basis von numerischen Parameterstudien erstellt und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der entwickelten FEM-basierten Prozesskette analysiert. Das damit verfolgte \u00fcbergeordnete Ziel ist es, den KMU der Schuhindustrie und verwandter Branchen Simulationsmethoden zug\u00e4nglich zu machen, um deren Innovationspotenzial signifikant zu
