Projektbeschreibung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel des Projekts war es, Schuhe so zu konstruieren und zu demontieren, dass die einzelnen Komponenten m\u00f6glichst pr\u00e4zise voneinander getrennt werden k\u00f6nnen. Hierf\u00fcr wurde ein Katalog an Konzepten f\u00fcr einen modularen Schuhaufbau sowie eine produktionsgerechte Konstruktion entwickelt, die sowohl die Demontage als auch die Fraktionierung der verschiedenen Schuhbestandteile erm\u00f6glichen. Die bei der Fraktionierung entstehenden Restfraktionen sollen einer erneuten Nutzung zugef\u00fchrt werden. Zu diesem Zweck wurden verschiedene Ans\u00e4tze zur Wieder- und Weiterverwertung untersucht, darunter thermochemische Verfahren wie Pyrolyse und Hydrolyse. Dies setzt demontierbare Schuhkonstruktionen voraus. Die materialspezifische Trennung von Komponenten wie Sohlen, Leder, Textilien und Elektronik soll mit Hilfe einer am PFI entwickelten Schuhfraktionierungsanlage realisiert werden. Die im Projekt analysierten und weiterentwickelten Schuhmodule dienen dazu, die Demontageschritte dieser Anlage zu optimieren, sodass die einzelnen Bestandteile w\u00e4hrend der Fraktionierung zuverl\u00e4ssig separiert, kategorisiert und sortiert werden k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel ist es, die energetische und stoffliche Nutzung der Restfraktionen am Ende der Lebensdauer der Schuhe zu maximieren und damit eine nachhaltige Verwertung der verf\u00fcgbaren Materialien sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493
