wp-elements-6a974289e32d63e80426c195fa141ad2\">Ausgangslage &amp; Projektbeschreibung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Das Projekt CelluSep befasst sich mit der Auftrennung von Verbundwerkstoffen bestehend aus Papier\/Pappe und anderen Materialien wie Aluminium oder Kunststoffe. Solche Materialien stellen eine Herausforderung beim Recycling-Prozess dar, weil f\u00fcr eine Wiederverwertung der Kunststoff- bzw. der Aluminiumfraktion eine saubere Abtrennung der Cellulose-Fraktion notwendig ist. Mechanische Trennungen sind h\u00e4ufig nicht m\u00f6glich bzw. deutlich zu aufwendig. Die Nutzung von cellulolytischen Enzymen (Cellulasen) stellt hier eine interessante Alternative dar. Diese sind in der Lage die Cellulose vollst\u00e4ndig in Form von Glukose abzubauen und in eine L\u00f6sung zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren. Im Anschluss kann der verbleibende Feststoff (Kunststoff oder Aluminium) von der Fl\u00fcssigkeit abgetrennt werden. Im Rahmen des Projektes wird die Nutzung der Verbundstoffe als Substratl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr eine Solid-State-Fermentation mit cellulolytischen Pilzen untersucht. Ein alternativer Ansatz umfasst die fermentative Gewinnung von Enzym-L\u00f6sungen, welche im Anschluss zur Hydrolyse des Celluloseanteils &nbsp;der Verbundstoffe genutzt werden. Der Projektpartner ASA Spezialenzyme GmbH ist f\u00fcr Evaluierung von Einsatzst\u00e4mmen und die Optimierung der fermentativen Verfahren zust\u00e4ndig.
