Projektbeschreibung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Reststoffe der Lebensmittelproduktion sind aussichtsreiche Rohstoffe f\u00fcr die fermentative Gewinnung von Plattformchemikalien genutzt werden. Die Arbeitsschritte des Vorhabens umfassen hierbei die Bereitstellung von Substratl\u00f6sungen aus st\u00e4rke-haltigen Reststoffen, die fermentative Gewinnung der entsprechenden bifunktionellen Molek\u00fcle und die Aufarbeitung und Nutzung der Molek\u00fcle f\u00fcr die Herstellung von biobasierten Polymeren. Hierbei fokussiert sich das Projekt auf Molek\u00fcle, welche die Grundbausteine verschiedener biobasierter Polymere bilden. Dies umfasst insbesondere bifunktionelle Molek\u00fcle wie Milchs\u00e4ure, Bernsteins\u00e4ure und Butandiole. Diese sollen mittels effizienter fermentativer Verfahren in hohen Produkt-Konzentrationen aus reststoffbasierten Substratl\u00f6sungen gewonnen werden. Die Entwicklung dieser effizienten Fermentationsverfahren erfolgt vom Laborma\u00dfstab bis in den technischen Ma\u00dfstab. Die so gewonnenen Rohextrakte sollen in einem Downstream-Prozess aufgearbeitet werden, um eine maximale Produkt-Konzentration mit m\u00f6glichst hoher Reinheit zu erreichen, welche dann f\u00fcr die Produktion von biobasierten Polymeren eingesetzt werden kann. Innerhalb des Verbundprojektes fokussiert sich das PFI schwerpunktm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die Entwicklung und Optimierung der Fermentationstechnik. Der Projektpartner ASA Spezialenzyme GmbH ist f\u00fcr die Downstreamprozesse und das Upscling der Fermentationsverfahren zust\u00e4ndig.
